This kit is everything you need to refresh or complete the high pressure fuel system your Gen V LT long block.
Early model LT's around 2014-2015 had 4-pin analog sensors for the fuel rail pressure. Later to current LT's have 3-pin digital sensors. The rail is the same, however the sensor and harness changes. You will need to know if your harness/ECM is set up for the 3 or 4 pin sensor before ordering.

1) Fuel rail pressure sensor (specify 4 pin or 3 pin)
1) LH fuel rail harness (4 pin or 3 pin to match sensor)

1) GM High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP)
1) Fuel pump inlet pipe
1) Fuel pump feed pipe (pump to S pipe)

NOT INCLUDED but may be needed:
1) VLOM harness (attaches to oil pressure sensor, VLOM, and water temp sensor on the front of the valley. Not shown in this picture).
