This listing is a direct replacement for your Holley Mid Mount power steering pump, also known as part number 198-101.
The power steering pumps that come with the Holley Mid Mount are great for street use, but if you're doing spirited driving or track days, you may find that it's not up to the task.
That's where the TurnOne HP1 and HP2 series pumps come into play.
The HP1 pump is what we call a "Stage 1" upgrade over a stock one. They are hand built in Saginaw, Michigan. They have proprietary pump internals to reduce horsepower consumption & transfer less heat into the power steering system.
The HP2 pump is the "Stage 2" upgrade, and have custom tuning options available depending on the type of driving, or specific requirements of your steering rack or box, etc. The HP2 also comes standard with a high temp SKF bearing, which makes it the perfect choice for competitive racing such as autocross, road race, drifting, etc.
FITMENT:
The mounting holes are threaded for a direct fit to your Holley Mid Mount or similar accessory drive. Most Type II pumps like this are through-bolted so make sure yours need to be threaded.
This power steering pump DOES NOT include a pressure fitting. You will need to use your stock Holley hard line or other 6AN adapter.
The reservoir is a 3/8" hose barb; we also offer adapters to convert this plastic nipple to a 6AN.
