UMI 1982-2002 F-Body Rear Lower Control Arm Relocation Brackets - BOLT-In - 2012

$10999

Product Description

Wheel hop or traction issues? We have the solution! Improve your vehicle's instant center and enhance forward traction by lowering the rear of the lower control arm by either 2", 2-3/4", or 3-1/4". Our bolt-in brackets are designed to work with factory lower control arms as well as popular aftermarket styles. The robust flanges inside the brackets provide reinforcement and ensure that factory bushings can bolt right in. By installing these brackets, you can achieve an average 0.10 second (or better) reduction in your 60-foot times and see an overall improvement in launch consistency. Installation of P/N 2012 bolt-in relocation brackets is quick and easy, taking approximately 1-2 hours and requiring no drilling or welding. These brackets are compatible with factory rear end housings as well as Strange Engineering brand rear ends. Please note that they are not suitable for Moser Engineering brand rear ends; for those, please refer to P/N 2011. The features of our relocation brackets include their ability to work with both factory height and lowered vehicles, with multiple adjustment holes to correct control arm angles on lowered vehicles while enhancing traction. You can select a drop of 2", 2-3/4", or 3-1/4" to optimize your vehicle's handling and traction. Our brackets are CAD designed, CNC laser cut from 3/16" mild steel, and manufactured with pride in Philipsburg, PA, USA. Additionally, new grade 10.9 hardware is included for installation.
